A 92 LF score... on a stock I'd never heard of
I had to ask our AI what this company even does.
Most of my best ideas don’t start with a headline. They start with a number that looks out of place.
Here’s the latest one.
I was scanning the screener inside LikeFolio.ai. It scores 611 stocks from 0 to 100, based on what real buyers are doing right now.
One name near the top of the whole screener stopped me cold: a 92.
For context, the median stock we track scores about 65. A 92 is rare air.
The ticker was ALNT. I’ll be honest with you: I had no idea what the company was.
So I did what our members do all day: I asked the AI analyst built into the platform a simple question.
“What does ALNT do?”

Seconds later, I had my answer.
It’s a good story.
Allient (ALNT) makes industrial automation and power quality equipment. Its gear keeps the electricity inside data centers and factories clean and steady. Critical infrastructure.
Suddenly, the 94 Main Street Score made sense.
Every new AI data center is a giant power problem. The world’s most expensive chips are worthless if the power flickers for even a second.
So the “consumers” here are data center operators and industrial buyers.
And they are ordering Allient’s gear at scale: first-quarter orders hit $158 million, up 15% from a year ago.
That’s real purchasing behavior. Demand doesn’t lie.
Now here’s the part that made me sit up.
Wall Street’s score on the same stock: 35 out of 100. Wall Street is barely paying attention.

A 94 on Main Street. A 35 on Wall Street.
That gap is the whole reason LikeFolio exists.
We figure out what buyers are doing on Main Street, before it shows up on Wall Street.
The stock has already climbed 84% over the past two years while demand built.
And after a recent pullback in the price, the demand score is still pinned near its highs.
So, how does ALNT look from here?
Bullish. The setup is still on the table.
As I write this, LikeFolio.ai rates the stock a Strong Buy. Its LikeFolio Score is 92 out of 100, an all-time high for the name.
The average stock we track sits at 65.
Our target on ALNT is $165. From today’s price near $87, that is about 91% upside if the gap closes.
Here’s what I want you to take from this.
I didn’t find Allient in a headline or a hot tip. The data surfaced it. The AI explained the business in plain English, in seconds.
